Thank you for choosing to use the software developed and operated by Shenzhen Newer Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "NEEWER") and/or its affiliates. This policy only applies to products or services related to NEEWER View APP.

Before you use the "NEEWER View APP", please be sure to read this policy carefully. NEEWER View will protect your personal information collected during any or all of the use of the "NEEWER View APP" in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Important clauses in this policy that are (potentially) closely related to your rights and interests have been specially reminded in bold fonts. Please read them carefully.
I. Scope of application of this policy
Software developed and operated by NEEWER View or its affiliates to which this policy applies includes but is not limited to: NEEWER View APP mobile application client (including NEEWER View APP mobile client running on Android and iOS systems).
II. Definitions
1. Personal information: refers to various information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or otherwise, excluding information after anonymization.
2. Personal sensitive information: refers to personal information that may endanger personal and property safety, easily lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment, etc. once leaked, illegally provided or abused. We will mark specific personal sensitive information in bold in this policy.
3. Personal information deletion: refers to the act of removing personal information in the system involved in realizing daily business functions, so that it remains inaccessible and cannot be retrieved.
4. Anonymization of personal information: the process of making you unidentifiable and the processed information unrecoverable through technical processing of personal information.
5. NEEWER View APP mobile application client: refers to mobile application software (APP) running on Android and iOS operating systems.
6. For photos taken by the device, entering the device album to share photos or videos will call the system sharing function.
III. What information do we collect and how do we use it?
In order to provide you with services, NEEWER View APP may need to apply to you for the following permissions within the necessary scope. Please rest assured that NEEWER View APP will not enable these permissions by default, and will only access them when implementing specific services/functions after your separate consent. Even if you have authorized us to access your corresponding permissions, we will only access them within the scope of your authorization and obtain the corresponding information (if involved); and you can withdraw your authorization at any time. After you withdraw your authorization, we will stop accessing the corresponding permissions and will no longer be able to provide you with certain corresponding services, but it will not affect your enjoyment of other services we provide. We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes as described in this policy:
1. Register as our user
To help you become our user, that is, complete the account creation, so that we can provide you with our user registration services. When you register using an email address, you need to provide us with your email address and password. We use this information to send a verification code for you to submit to verify whether your identity is valid.
You understand that we collect email addresses to authenticate your user identity when you log in to your NEEWER View account. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our registered user services normally.
2. Complete account information
In the process of using various services provided by NEEWER View, you can obtain better services and experience by completing basic information such as avatar, nickname, gender, occupation, country, etc. If you do not provide it, it will not affect the basic functions of the NEEWER View account.
3. Problem feedback
When you use the "Feedback and Suggestions" function in our products, we will collect your device information, your feedback email address, problem description, access the camera to take pictures or videos of the problem phenomenon and access the album to select photos to upload; the purpose of collecting such information is to analyze and locate the cause of the problem, and the purpose of collecting your contact information is to follow up to find out whether the problem is completely solved, or to contact you. We hope you will add other necessary information.
4. Cloud services provided to you
NEEWER View APP provides users with free cloud service space. When you use the "cloud service" function of our product, we will collect your scene information, device information (including device MAC address、IMEI、IMSI、SUPI、SUCI), location, contacts, call records, calendar, SMS, local phone number, pictures, audio and video,software installation list, groups and favorites,WIFI SSID or WiFi_SSID read AndroidID,obtain software installation list, obtain user information: clipboard and other information and store them directly on the server; the purpose of collecting this information is to facilitate you to log in and synchronize relevant data on different terminal devices. You have the right to decide whether to use the cloud service function. NEEWER View is only a technology provider and will not use any information you submit to the cloud service in any way without your permission.
The above functions may require you to open your network permissions and WIFI status permissions to us in your device to realize the collection and use of information involved in these functions.
IV. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information
1. Sharing
In order to provide you with the services described in this privacy policy, we may share necessary personal information with partners and other third parties under the premise of complying with the principles of "legitimate, minimum necessary, and clear purpose", including:
1) Disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who provide us with certain business-related services, such as website hosting, data storage facilities, customer support services, email sending services and other similar services to ensure that they can provide services to us.
2) Disclose your personal information to subsidiaries or affiliates of the company to carry out regular business activities.
2. Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual outside of our affiliates, except in the following circumstances:
1) Obtain your explicit authorization or consent in advance;
2) Meet the requirements of laws, regulations, legal procedures or mandatory government requirements or judicial decisions;
3) If we or our affiliates are involved in mergers, divisions, liquidations, acquisitions or sales of assets or businesses, your personal information may be transferred as part of such transactions. If we need to transfer personal information outside of your authority, whether it is transferred to our affiliates (which may include communications, technology or cloud service companies) or third-party service providers, we shall transfer the relevant information in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws. In particular, we will implement appropriate security measures to ensure that all such content transfers comply with the provisions of applicable local data protection laws. According to the regulations, you will have the right to know the appropriate protection measures taken by NEEWER for the transfer of your personal information.
NEEWER is a global company headquartered in China. Subject to applicable law, we may transfer your personal data to any of NEEWER's subsidiaries and related companies worldwide to process such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may also transfer your personal data to our third-party service providers, who may be located in countries or regions outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Whenever NEEWER shares personal data from the EEA with a third party, whether or not such third party is an entity outside the EEA, we will share the relevant information in accordance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or any other safeguards set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.
NEEWER may use overseas facilities operated and controlled by NEEWER to process or back up your personal information. We currently have data centers in Shenzhen and the United States. Such overseas jurisdictions may or may not have similar data protection laws to those in your jurisdiction. You have learned that there are different risks in applicable data protection laws, and we may transfer and store your personal information in our overseas facilities; however, this does not change our full commitment to protecting your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
4. Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following circumstances:
1) With your explicit consent;
2) Based on laws, regulations, legal procedures, litigation or mandatory requirements of government authorities.
5. Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization and consent when sharing, transferring or disclosing personal information.
V. How We Protect and Preserve Your Personal Information
We will strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations on the processing of personal information, and strive to use security measures that meet industry standards to protect your personal information and prevent your personal information from being accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged or lost without authorization. The security measures we take are as follows, but please understand that no security measures can be impeccable:
1. When you send or receive information to our servers, we ensure that it is encrypted using the Transport Layer Security Protocol (TLS) and other appropriate algorithms.
2. All your personal information is stored on secure servers and protected in controlled facilities.
3. We will conduct due diligence on third-party partners to ensure that they are capable of protecting your personal information. We will also check whether the third party has adopted appropriate security standards by implementing appropriate contractual restrictions and conducting audits and assessments when necessary.

VI. Your rights
We attach great importance to your management of personal information and do our best to protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete, and withdraw consent authorization for personal information.
1. Change or withdraw the scope of authorization
You can turn off the relevant permissions, change the scope of consent or withdraw your authorization in the operating system settings of the device itself. After withdrawing the authorization, we will no longer collect information related to the permission.
2. Your right to query and correct personal information
You can query your account information (such as avatar, nickname, occupation, gender, country) and correct your personal information through the NEEWER View APP mobile application client [Personal Center - Personal Information].
3. Cancel your account
You can apply to cancel your account according to the prompts through the NEEWER APP mobile application client [Personal Center - Settings - Account and Security - Cancel Account].
Before your account is cancelled, we will verify your personal identity and help you complete the cancellation. You know and understand that the cancellation of your account is irreversible. After your account is cancelled, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information about you.
VII. Protection of children's personal information
This application is for adults only. If you are a child, you need your parents or guardians to agree to your use of this application and agree to the relevant application service terms. Parents and guardians should also take appropriate precautions to protect children, including supervising their use of this application.
For the collection of children's personal information with the consent of their parents or guardians, we will only use or disclose this information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of their parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect children.
Although local laws or customs define children differently, we regard anyone under the age of 14 as a child.
VIII. How to update this policy
1. In order to provide you with better services and as our business develops, the provisions of this policy may be modified from time to time, but without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you should enjoy under this policy.
